Labyrinth

Food churns in my stomach
Pain ripples through my head
My breathing no more
I am dead, I am dead

The tunnel is dark
No longer can my feet walk
In this unfamiliar place
I hear see and hear the spirits talk

Flashback to what got me here
The gun that took away all my fears
Ended my pain
Now everyone I loved is in tears

 

This new world familiar
I'm crying in my parents arms

Such elation bestowed upon me
Hoping this time around my soul won't be harmed
